We need your help to make our show a
success. As you know, a production such as
ours is very expensive. Your monies help us to
off-set costs and allow more operating capitol
for additional show investment. The net result
will be a GREAT SHOW and ADDITIONAL
EXPOSURE for our sponsors.
We need monetary sponsorships for Web Tiles
and raffle items.
Monetary Web Sponsors:
· For $100.00 you’ll get a tile of your
business logo on our home web page. You’ll
get your name on the sponsor board displayed
at our show and you’ll also receive media ad
mention, declaring you an event sponsor and
prompting consumer support for your business.
We’re sparing no expense in putting this show
on. We’re advertised in the national publication
“Ol Skool Rodz”. We are mentioned on the Hot
Rod Parts event calendar, The Jalopy Journal,
H.A.M.B. and many other Traditional Hot Rod
based web sites. We too will be advertised via
many print and electronic media venues
throughout the country and on the see quincy
web page. In addition, more than 6000 event
flyers will be distributed throughout the Country
to participants at similar events.
There’s a lot of excitement brewing about this
party. We’re already hearing that we can
expect attendance from least 10 different
states. This will be one of the best ways your
company could spend $100.00 on advertising.

· If you can’t sponsor our show, then how
‘bout furnishing us some raffle items? You will
be recognized as the donor when the items are
awarded at the show.
